Finalize a Receipt (No Further Review Required) - Step by Step
If a Draft Receipt indicates no further review is required by the jurisdictional agencies, you may generate a Final Receipt. Generating a Final receipt creates an official project receipt for submission with a DEP permit application.
Step 1. Click on the ‘My Projects’ tab and click on the title of the project you wish to finalize (or follow the link provided in the draft receipt notification email).
Step 2. Click on the ‘Edit Details/Finalize’ tab.
Step 3. Check the ‘No further review is required’ checkbox (located towards the bottom of the page).
Step 4. Click on the ‘Submit Final Receipt for Review’ Button (located at the bottom of the page).
Step 5. An email notification will be sent once the Final Receipt has been created. The Final Receipt file name will end with “_FINAL”.
